*The above prices are for packages up to two t-shirts only and exclude bulk orders. We will contact you via email with additional charges should your order exceed this amount.
• Disclaimer: You can rest assured that we do everything we can to ensure your parcel is delivered on time. However, occasionally some delays may occur from our carriers that we have absolutely no control over. In these circumstances, Horspwr-clothing will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered during normal working days between 8:00am and 6:00pm . To ensure a safe and prompt delivery, we recommend you deliver to your work address if you’re not going to be home during normal working hours.
Your package may require a signature. We’ll need your daytime phone number so we can contact you if there are any problems with your delivery

Returns and Refunds

Your happiness is our number one priority at Horspwr-clothing.com.au. If you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you.

You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient’s responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on all Horspwr t-shirt labels.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, a replacement will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we receive the faulty return, at our cost. We reserve the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty.

Cancelled or unwanted items will attract a Restocking Fee of 15%. Cancelled or unwanted items returned after 14 days will attract Restocking Fees of 25%. Cancelled or unwanted items cannot be returned after 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please ensure that all original items are returned. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

Safely pack all items back into a safe packaging method and inclose a written explanation regarding item damage or return reason.
